Hi,
We've just moved from v12 to v14 of Unified Attendant Console (advanced). The operators are complaining that the directory text it too big, and doesn't show as many entries as the old version. It appears to be fine on first login, but after that it goes to the default layout. Anyone know how to get it back to the small size? We've tried all the font sizes, but it doesn't change it.
