Cisco UC Update 10.5.1 to 10.5.2

Good day,

 

I am trying to update UC to latest minor version and it gives the same error no matter what you do.

 

admin:utils system switch-version

Active Master Version: 10.5.1.10000-7 Unrestricted
Inactive Master Version: 10.5.2.17900-13 Unrestricted


If you are switching to an earlier release, you must run:
 
utils dbreplication reset all
from the publisher after all the nodes are switched over.


Do you really want to switch between versions ?

Enter (yes/no)? yes

Switch version duration can vary depending on the database size
and platform configuration.  Please continue to monitor the

What can be the problem? Searching through google not helped to be honest.

How many servers are there in a CUCM cluster?

 

What is the DBReplication status on CUCM version 10.5.1.10000-7 Unrestricted? If possible, share the snapshot of utils dbreplication runtimestate from PUB CLI

Sure.

Here is the result from command utils dbreplication runtimestate made on UC Publisher.

Whole cluster is UC - two nodes, CUCM - two nodes, IM and Presence - one node but second will be installed right after current problems salvation.

Seems to some issue in DB Replication as it appears in the output.

 

What is the CM Database Status under Unified Reporting Tool in GUI ?

Could you please help me find place you are talking about?

I don't see any DB related here (look at the screenshot attached).cuc.png

 

 

Or look at the report attached. Maybe it's what you want.

If you check through RTMT, what is your disk usage ?

I attached screenshot to this message from RTMT.

It seems alright.

Can you check your NTP ? Do a utils diagnose test and paste the output once it completes. Have you rebooted the servers ? You might need to do a reset all for dbreplication but first check your NTP.
