For one of our clients, we are using Cisco UC for CTI functionality. Our client would like the agents to pick pre-recorded voicemails to leave a voicemail so that they can save lot of time on leaving voicemails and focus on other customers instead. Currently, they login into Salesforce and from Salesforce, Cisco UC will be invoked and we are looking for options for the agents to pick pre-recorded voicemail options to leave a voicemail on Cisco UC. I am not sure currently Cisco UC supports that. Please let me know if you have any other products which can support voicedrop functionality which can be integrated with Cisco UC.
