Hello experts,
I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a guide or consideration to take in order to determine the number of Operators that should be activated on a Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced.
Should the number be determined based on the number of users on the building or the number of calls coming into the main phone number?
Any comments will be appreciated.
Regards,
Daniel.

Hi Daniel,
It depends on the call volume for your site, if its a busy site you will more than one operator to answer the calls.
For the console side, you will need a seat license for every operator that needs to log on concurrently.
Ref: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/unified-communications/unified-attendant-console/data_sheet_C78-731867.html
The advanced attendant console will support up to 50 concurrent operators.
Ordering Information
You must order a Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced license for each concurrent operator login. A maximum of 50 concurrent operator client logins are supported per Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced server. Example: If you need 50 attendant consoles logged into the server at the same time, you should order 50 licenses.
● Support for up to 50 concurrent users per server

Hello Terry,
Do you know if there is any guideline to determine the quantity of operators based on the call volume?
If we know the customer receives around 200 calls per hour during a very busy day, is there any recommendation?
