Hi,
I am looking to replace the old Cisco Attendant Console with Cisco Unified Attendant Console Enterprise Edition, however I have the following questions re speed dials:
1. What is the maximum of number of speed dials that can be entered into the speed dial list witin the Cisco Unified Attendant Enterprise Console?
2. Is there a way that we can we bulk import the speed dial entries?
Thanks

I would suggest you to have a look at Imagicle Blue's Attendant:
Imagicle is also part of Cisco portfolio and available on GPL for Call Accounting and Billing, IP Fax Server and Advanced directories.

Hi andywalles,
CUACCE will support up to 500 speed dials per attendant.
Unfortunately there is no way to bulk import these at the moment.
Are these users going into the speed dials internal users or external users? If they are internal then the best thing to do would be to create Personal Directory Groups, these can be configured with filters so they dynamically update with new users. To see a video on how these are created you can go to the following link:

HI Jamie,
Thanks for your response, the users will all be external to the CUCM system.
Thanks
Andy
