Cisco Unified Intelligente Center "Reports Fails"

Reports Fails When Agent is in Resource or Team With Unicode Characters (tilde ). I have Cisco Unified Intelligence Center, Release 9.0 and Contact Center Release 9.0.

I fine this BUG CSCud19392.

Anyone know a workaround or fixed this fails ?

Hi,

Here is the list of special characters that CCX do not support:

Square brackets ([ ]), dollar ($), ampersand (&), single quotes (' '), colon (:), angle brackets (< >), forward slash (/), question mark (?), backward slash (\), parentheses ({ }), double quotes (" "), hash(#), percent (%), semicolon (;), comma (,), pipe (|), tilde(~)

The workaround for the bug that you mentioned is to use Firefox as the browser instead of IE, however you are not likely hitting that bug.
