CUVA showing me that IP phone is not connected.
but i am able to ping IP phone from my computer.
I tried reinstallation of CUVA. Still its not working.
plz suggest some troubleshooting..

I checked out dignostics window.
CDP messages are comming but CAST window is blank only.

Finally i got the solution. Its restore default factory of IP phone.
