Cisco Unity 7.x dont start, stack in smart array...

Hi,

i have an issue in cisco unity Server, when power on the server, it stack in "Slot 4 HP Smart Array E200 Controller  Initializing...... "

and do nothing more, all the time stack in,   Initializing...... all time

i wait arround 30 min and nothing.

can someone help me or any idea?

is a unity 7.x, and the server is a MCS 7825-H3

Hi Agustin,

I suspect you may have an issue with the server's Array Controller card, and that it may need replacing...
