Cisco Unity 8.0.3 changing web access password using PCA

Hi,

We have Cisco Unity 8.0.3 Voice Messaging.AD and exchange are installed in same server.

Customer required to use Cisco PCA for web access.But there is no option to change default password for PCA web access. Can user be provided functionality to change web access password using PCA ?

Hi Neo,

This is not possible via PCA (this is a security risk that is not suitable for unified messaging scenarios). This has been documented in the security guide.
