Cisco Unity Connection 11 + SW Feature License Upgrade UNITYCN2-LIC-UPG

Hello, 

We're trying to add an SW License upgrade to CUC 11, and it's giving the attached pictured error, in cisco prime license manager, which reads "The PAK you have entered is not valid, ensure you have entered the PAK correctly ..."

Does anyone know why it would be rejecting this license which is fresh out of a sealed envelope? is it being entered at the right place?

Does it work on cisco.com/go/license ? If so, does it show proper information and expected version compatible with your software version and PLM?
