Hi,

I am currently running Cisco unity connection 8.6  publisher and subscriber. There are some duplicate extensions in it. When I am trying to delete the extensions I am getting the error:

"OBJECT NOT FOUND USER"

Please see attached error file for same. I tried to do research but was not able to find a way to fix this issue. Your help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks & Regards

Rohit.

Sounds like you have replication issues and incorrect data across servers.

Try to get the database SYN by following the links below.

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/voice-unified-communications/unity-connection-version-20/112030-delete-user-unity-connect-00.html

If it is not working, you may need to open a TAC case to clean up the database.

Hi Rohit

Please go to Tool -->Bulk Administration Tool and select the option below to export the users CSV file. It could be some accounts have multiple extension numbers(Alternative extension).  Find them in the CSV file and delete them.

Jasper

Hi Jasperliang,

Thanks for the reply. I did download the .csv file as you recommended. When I checked the file I could not see the duplicate entry there. However, when I search the user with the name in Unity connection I can still see the duplicate entry. I am not sure why it is showing it. Please have a look at the attached file for the duplicate name.

Thanks & Regards

Rohit.

Hi Jasperliang,

I tried to run the SQL command mentioned in the link above it says

"NO RECORD FOUND"

I think it would be best to open a TAC case with Cisco. Thanks for your help and support.

Kind Regards

Rohit Mangotra.
