Hi Shaijal,

Is it possible that you are hitting this bug;

CSCty92204 - Exipred password Users logging into WEB INBOX not notified to change pwd

Symptom:

Inbox is not loaded for a user whose password has expired

Conditions:

When  password for a user expires,the user is not prompted to change  passowrd. The message shown to the user is "Mailbox could not be loaded"

Workaround:

The password can be changed through CPCA.The user can then navigate to inbox successfully

Maybe you could try changing one of the user "Web" passwords and re-test
