Cisco VG ringback tone issue

Hi All,

 

i have issue with ringback tone, we have the below scenario:

 

Telkom SIP --> Cisco VG --> SIP --> CUCM --> UCCX Trigger --> UCCX CTI Port (936305) ( till this point all is working fine) --> call redirect to CTI Route point (952019) ( ARC Operator console ) --> CTI Port 932026 (once the call is redirected to this number there is no ringtone back ), if i redirect the call from the script to the phone direct not 952019 i can hear ringback tone and the call is success, by the way the call at the end will establish but no ringtone once its redirected to  952019 

 

I checked the CUBES logs and I saw once the call connected with 936305 all the signalling was 100% contain 180 ringing, but once the call redirect to 952019 then 932026 there is no 180 ringing message, CUBE logs in the attachment ( calling number: 0735377372) as sample.

 

CUCM: 12.0.1.23900-9

UCCX: 12.0.1.10000-24

VG: C2951

 

i tried checked MTP on the Trunk, and changed the SIP Profile by disable media 180, Early offer....etc and still not working.
