Apologies if this has been covered before, I have hunted the internet and the topics on here, but I can't find the answer.
Basically we have inherited the support of a CUCM system v9.1.1.
Is the support for inbound CLI supported out of the box?
Our experience on other systems normally uses the speed dials as a look up table, and that functionality is what we are after on the Cisco, inexperience of CUCM has led to us not knowing whether it is available or not, and if it is, which of the menus do we start with.
Any assistance/pointers gratefully accepted.
