Hello,
we have installed Click to call 8.1.2674 on our Win7 x64 machines.
The application itself works: rightclick on the systemtray icon -> call and edit -> the call starts
But when we use the Add-ins for Word or Outlook (as an example, all addins don't work) and try to start a call, nothing happens.
Any tips how to troubleshoot this issue?
Office 2010 is installed as 32bit edition with latests updates.
Cisco Jabber is installed with Version 9.1.3

I have the same issue under Windows XP/7 with Office 2010 32bits. I have tried C2C 8.0.2626 and everything seems to be working fine... It seems to be an issue with the latest version.

Did you get it resolved ? I am facing the same issue with Win 7, click to call version 8.1 and CUCM 9.1.
Any tips ?

Try C2C 8.0.2626. I installed it in a W7 environment and it seems to be working fine. Original 8.0 version has a bug so it's not able to save the settings and 8.1 just doesn't work.

Hi,
c2c 8.0.2626 is not available on Cisco`s website, only 8.0.2540.
Is this version only available via a support case (ES Version) ?

I was only able to get the version via TAC...
Try PDI helpdesk, they will redirect to TAC if they are not able to provide you that version...
