Click to call login problems

Hi

Im trying to use Click to call, but it doesnt matter what i type into the username and password, it keeps telling me Enter your cisco unified communictaion manager account information. It doesnt even give me an error...

webdialer/Webdialer works fine with my username and password.

Please help
