Click to Call / Webdialer third-party app?

Hi,

My Environment:

Call Manager 9.1.1a with Unity Connection (no Presence)

My user's ask:

On the old phone system the user has over 400 speed dials maintained by his Aide is there any way to increase the 200 Speed Dial on a Cisco phone to accomadate all the speed dials?  My research say no.

If not, can we have a PC based application that allows him to calls from a contact list (not the UCMuser page!) - does not want it integrated with his e-mail/calandar/contacts

Does anyone know of a third-party apps that will simplify click to call for users?
