clustering of cucm

Is it possible to cluster two servers with different brands (one HP and one IBM) with the same version?

Yes you can as long as the PUB isn't weaker than the SUB and the servers are supported

Cisco does support mix of HP, IBM, and UCS servers as long as other general design guidelines are followed.
