On this error, I restored twice once before we had licenses and the second time after we go the license. I am assuming that due to the demo license having a 20 user limit, we were only able to back up these 20 at first which are giving us the error. I am also assuming that the pin already exists and therefore, it did not overwrite anything. 

Should I be worried?

For the second two the error has the info there - "The credential matches a previous credential for this user" - the default PIN and PW rules don't allow for repeats of PIN/PW strings (for the last 5) - so if you've done two restores that error is expected unless you relax the password policy rules to allow repeats.  It's not anything you need to worry about.

The first one is configuration data (the advanced settings in the configuration table) - looks like one of the entries was blank or something - either way the configuration data is just "bonus" - I only added it a few months ago actually - it's not going to hurt anything if one of them was missing or empty.

if that's all there is you're good to go.

If you want to send me your backup to look at your configuration data I can run through a test here just to see which property is missing and why.

Thank you for the quick response! Looks like we don't have to worry about those first two errors!

On the first restore, I got this error: 

(warning) unable to find mapping for MDBObjectId=108fe14b-4610-4f4f-a3cb-26ab7ec8c1fb

Which dealt with resetting the pin codes due to hashing. However, on our second restore onto the same VM, we did not receive this error. Is this something we should be worrying about as well?

that warning is not related to PIN or PW - it's trying to find a referenced object in the backup database (i.e. find a call handler linked to a one key rule for instance) - since I don't have the rest of the log and only one line with the warning itself I can't give it context, of course, but typically this is a legitimate missing reference in the database it's warning you about (which is why it's not logged as an error) - which are not uncommon.  It logs it so you know about it and even makes the super snappy HTML report at the end so you can go right to the object in question and check it out for yourself if you think it needs attention.

that doesn't look like a log file - that looks like the report output generated at the end - the log file has much, much more data and info on the threads being executed, time/date stamps etc... regardless, using the forums as a substitute for a TAC call is not really appropriate - if you're really concerned and need assurances all is well, open a TAC case - the tool is fully supported.

warnings are warnings, not errors - generally not something to worry about - those are all references to users it was trying to find (i.e. they were not selected for restore for instance) - if they didn't show up the 2nd import not sure there's anything I can tell you about them.  But again if you're really worried and the log output doesn't get it done for you then open a TAC case.

Again, thank you. You were right I was giving an output not from the log file itself. Looks like everything is okay but we'll do a PIN reset because some are not being recognized. If we have any troubles, we'll be sure to open a TAC case. Thanks!
