Conference call not working in CUCM 8.6

Hello,

I am having CUCM 8.6 installed at one site and earlier customer was able to do conference call from one of the site to another, but now conference call is not working from one location to the other via WAN, cust is able to do the conference via the PSTN. Tried resetting the conference bridge from the call manager and tried  taking the confernece still issue persisit.

      

Can anyone guide here please.

Do you have the proper conference media resources set up with MRG and MRGLs?
