conference hardware

hi, I have a problem with conference on CME,

I can make three party conference between sip an sccp, but when I try to add a fourth participant i can´t join it, in telephony-service I delete conference hardware I can do this, but when I write conference hardware i can´t make any conference, in phone display appear the conference can´t complete.

can anyone help me???

Can you configure this and test:

dspfarm profile 1 conference  
 maximum conference-participants 16
 associate application SCCP

ephone-dn  10  octo-line
number A100
conference ad-hoc

yes it is the correct configuration, I configure this on cme, but I add a line at end, preference 1  or 2, 3 an so on, and it works fine.
