configured the VG224 rite, but analog phone 'caller name' not coming on cisco IP Phone

Hi All,

pls help, I have one VG224 registered with one of my subscribers and few analog phones are also registered to it.

and i have around 1000 of CISCO 7942 Phones configured  to subscribers. When I am trying to make call from analog to cisco  phone, caller id is not coming instead some number is appearing.

pls suggest where I am wrong?

What protocol are you using for VG224, SCCP/MGCP or H323?  The answer and troubleshooting will depend on this.
