Hello, I have a call handler system with several locutions in the cisco unity and with the option of caller input I have configured the buttons 1 and 2 of the phone. When the user (who calls from outside) listens to the voice-over, he must press 1 or 2, the 1 goes to our callcenter and the 2 diverts the call to an external number of an external call center company. What I want to do is detect when this number of the external call center (outside my network) does not work and thus divert to another external number, perform a slip. I do not know if this is possible.
