Corrupted GZ archive of CUCM traces

Hello All,

I would like to ask if anybody has experienced problem with corrupted gz archive.

Eg. I downloaded compressed CUCM Traces (cucm 8.6.2) with RTMT.  I can unzip all files and got  xxxxxxxx.txt.gz archives.

Some of that GZ archives are corrupted, I got error when I used either WinZip or  7zip:

xxxxxxxxx.txt.gz CRC failed. The file is corrupted.

It does not affect all GZ files, only some of them are corrupted. Same happend if i downloaded unzipped traces, directly GZ files.

Again, some portion of file is Ok, and some are corrupted.

Hello Matej,

Sounds like something is going on in the network between CUCM and RTMT.

Can you try to pull them from the CLI and let us know if that works?

file get activelog cm/trace/ccm/sdl/*.txt.gz

Problem has been solved.

Files were corrupted during transfer, network issue, high utilization of link.
