Creating a CUPS compliance server

Hi all,

I'm in the process of setting up compliance monitoring in CUPS (version 8.5.2) and have built a Linux server running PostgreSQL version 8.4.

Getting the compliance feature working in Presence is a two step process, the first of which I've completed but I'm seeing a problem on the second stage.

When I attempt to assign the database in the Presence 'Messaging' -> 'Compliance' page by clicking the 'Save' button, Presence simply displays a blank white page and never applies the changes. Has anybody seen this before?

For your info - a reboot of the server fixed this problem!

I've come across exaclty the same problem and solution - so thanks for the post.

I've just noticed that the original post was16 months ago, so obviously still an issue in CUP 8.6(4)SU2 !
