CSR1000V vCUBE in Azure - SIP Inspection

I have a CSR1000V running as a vCUBE in Azure, and I can modify the SIP/SDP headers to change the public-facing, private IP address of the vCUBE to the public IP configured on the Azure side, but I'm just wondering if there's a better way to do it, similar to how an ASA would do the same using SIP Inspection.

Has anyone done this before, and if so does anyone have some SIP profile templates that I could use, because I have basic inbound and outbound PSTN calls working but I'm having issues with hold and resume?

TIA

As I am also trying to learn about the CSR1000v deployment on Azure, I saw that there is a possibility to configure the Azure Firewall with Application Rules.
