CUAC Business 9 to CUAC Advanced 11

Hi everybody,

My customer wants upgrade entire UC environment (CUCM 9, IM&P 9, UCCX 9, CUAC Business 9) to 11.5

I've doubt only about upgrade CUAC.

CUAC Business 9 is installed in BE6000 (Windows 2008R2 SP1 64bit, SQL 2008)

VM is 1vCPU, 40Gb HD, 4Gb RAM

I checked compatibiity matrix for CUAC Adv 11 and Win 2008R2 is supported and SQL 2008 is supported.

The only difference is the capacity of HD. CUAC Adv wants 80Gb HD.

I wanted to install the software directly on the old VM. It's works? Or I have to do a fresh installation on other VM?

Is there a way to resize the VM

Thanks,
Matteo

I meant the docs on your question on whether you could upgrade it or not directly, yes, you can resize, but that's not a Cisco procedure, you can find info on resizing a windows VM on google.

Did you review the upgrade chapter of the admin and install guide for CUACA?

Jaime,

I read the whole document, but never talk about resize.

There are only listed vmware Guest Machine Requirements.
