Hi,
Is there a way in the CUAC Standard operator window to transfer to a users mobile number if they have it setup in AD as an alternate number?
Or is this only available in the more advanced versions as I know this is the basic entry level? The customer can see the numbers but the video's I have watched only demonstrate the direct and consult transfer feature and the only guide on the Cisco site is the quick ref that doesnt mention transfer to alternate numbers.
Also, can you also run the operator console and Jabber on the same PC?
