Hi All,
I am currently receiving this error trying to install the Cisco Unified Attendant Server (CUACBE_SV_9.0.1.20).
I have created the application user and assigned the appropriate rights, can anyone assist.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Is there any firewall between the CUXAC server and CUCM? Any proxy
settings that might prevent access to the call manager from the AC
server?
This issue is manily caused by something blocking the
communication between the windows server and CUCM.
Regards,
Tere.

Hi Testeven,
It was group policy problems, the fix was ...
Go to tools, internet options, connections, lan settings and untick the “ automatic config” option…
A happy Paul
