CUACA 10.5 unable to consult transfer

We are utilizing the new CUACA 10.5 (WAY different that the old Attnd Console on earlier versions)

We only have 4 Users at this time and just one of them is unable to perform a Consult transfer.  No detailed errors, the call stays in progress and the status window? shows failed.  Call stays in progress, but attendant only able to blind transfer.

We have some working on Windows 7, some on Windows 8.  Not sure how to troubleshoot this issue. Any ideas?

Hi,

What is the queue set to? (forced delivery/broadcast)

How does the operators make the consult transfer? (Ideal condition to answer the call and>>select the contact from the directory>>right click>>select consult transfer)

I would also suggest you to try (answer the call>>type the number manually on the bottom dial pad>>hit enter>>once the call is picked>>hit enter) and check if this works.

Also on the console client please share the settings from preference>>Advanced
