Hi All
I have an issue on Attendant Console Advanced version 11 ,by default it is doing consult transfer from Console ,i want to change this to Direct/Blind Transfer. According to Cisco docs this can be achieved by changing a Registry entry on the client pc ,only problem is for the life of me i can not find this registry entry. It is supposed to be HKLM\Software\ARC Solutions but there is no ARC Solutions folder ,has anyone else come across this issue ? Also is this still the correct method for enabling blind transfers ?

Go to Options / Preferences
There should be an option for Call Transfers and you can change it to "Perform blind transfer"

Thanks for the reply ,i actually was able to install it in my lab and found the answer by playing around in the settings.
