CUBAC - how to add additional operator positions

Customer has an existing CUBAC installation on current version licensed for one operator.  They want to add additional positions.

How do you do this?  There is no upgrade SKU for additional seats on the part list, and everyone we talk to seems clueless as to how this works.  Do you simply load another license so that the total equals what you want?  Does CUBAC only recognize the last license loaded?  something else?

Any assistance appreciated.

Order CUB-ATT-CON operator licenses

A envelope containing the LAC will be received - 27 characters

http://cisco-ac.arcsolutions.com/UserWebSite/cisco/ciscoDefault.aspx

Go to the above site and register as partner and you will receive the status as Engineer.

Add the customer to the list and enter the LAC received

8 Digit registration code will be needed and this can be obtained from the CUBAC licensing page.  ( Document this before applying any new license)

Enter this and the license will be activated which will be received in a email.

Now upload the file and see if the newly operator console is visible or if it states already registered open .rgf file in a notepad.

2 lines will be present

1 line is already existing license for that site

use the 2nd line 10 digit code + 18 digits characters and submit. License will be activated.

Not a easy procedure and Cisco is stream lining this licensing process.
