CUBE FAX protocol configuration assistance

I have below call flow:

 

PSTN----(SIP)---->CUBE----(SIP)-->fax server

 

When inbound calls hit the fax server, mid of the sip communication cube send some errors.

Could you show your IOS version, voice service voip, debug voip ccapi inout, and your relevant dial-peer configs?

Do you know if your are configured for, and all three parties support T.38 Fax Relay, or possibly pass through, since the call did not arrive at your gateway with T.38 attributes?

You could try upgrading your code, but let's look at debugs and config first.
