CUC 10.5 Locale install failure

Hello! 

I tried to install Locale update to my CUC 10.5.1.11900-13, but field with error.

Before that i tried to STOP Connection Mixer and Connection Conversation Manager Services, but all the same. 

I tried to Install:

uc-locale-ru_RU-10.5.0.1-1.cop.sgn
uc-locale-ru_RU-10.5.2.1-1.cop.sgn

For the uc-locale-ru_RU-10.5.0.1-1.cop.sgn i get:

For the uc-locale-ru_RU-10.5.2.1-1.cop.sgn :

Error: This package is already installed on this system. 
[15/01/30_16:48:01] locale_install.sh: ERROR: Copstart script of /common/download//uc-locale-ru_RU-10.5.2.1-1.cop failed 

It's looks wierd, bcz in show version active/inactive clear!

Below i attached install log for both locale.. and some show command from cli.

I solved my problem by rebuild server.

No idea to repair it without rebuild.

Hi,

I had the same issue and I solved this by stopping the 2 services:

- Connection Conversation Manager

- Connection Mixer

From the Top Right drop-down choose;

Cisco Unity Connection Servicability instead of Cisco Unified Servicability

Then you can choose "Tools - Service management"

Sure I did it, this is reglament for update.

In my situation something going wrong, and i could't update/delete locale.

I love you man!

I was so sure that I had stopped the service....I was even making fun of this post, when I realized that the service started up again! When the servers failed over. I stopped the service and Boom there it was!
