Hi, just want to share this for everyone's benefit.
I had a CUC 12.5 encryption enablement and encountered an issue not getting "FULL SERVICE" in CUCM.
Found out that in CUC 12.5, there are 3 things to consider.
1. Export-Controlled Functionality should be "Yes" to ALL CUC servers.
2. Of course, the certificate exchange between CUCM and CUC.
2. CUC Publisher and Subscriber servers should have the ICMP enabled, else some files in Publisher will not be populated onto Subscriber servers. --> This is VERY IMPORTANT.
