Hello,
I can log in into:
- Cisco Prime License Manager - https://<cuc_ip>/elm-admin/
- Disaster Recovery System - https://<cuc_ip>/drf/
- Cisco Unified Operating System Administration - https://<cuc_ip>/cmplatform/
But I cannot log into:
- Cisco Unity Connection Administration - https://<cuc_ip>/cuadmin/
- Cisco Unity Connection Serviceability - https://<cuc_ip>/cuservice/
- Cisco Unified Serviceability - https://<cuc_ip>/ccmservice/
I get the message:
"Log on failed - Invalid User ID or Password"
What's wrong?
What can I do to log into "CUC Administration" again?
Please help.
Best regards.
P.S. Note that I can access the CUC in command line with my usual password.

admin:utils cuc reset password <username> Enter password: <my_usual_pwd> Re-enter password: <my_usual_pwd>
I get:
<username> 05/06/2019 14:49:19.853 : Update FAILED: code = 21, DUPLICATE CREDENTIAL
Please help. Thanks.

This fails too:

Please help. Thanks.

I also tried the trick described at this address https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/8x/os_administration/guide/8xcucosagx/8xcucosag020.html - paragraph "Resetting Administrator and Security Passwords":
I re-entered both "Administrator password" and "Security password".
Unfortunately, I still cannot log into "Cisco Unity Connection Administration" Web interface.
Please help. Thanks.

Hello Mike,
Thank you for your answer.
You are right.
I changed my password (but I didn't really want to), now I can connect to "Cisco Unity Connection Administration" again.
Best regards.
