CUC Attendant Console 7.1.0 application "freezing"

We've been using this application for a very long time with no issues. Suddenly over the last few days the calls will stay in Broadcast calls even after they have been answered and transferred. OR sometimes a call will be answered, then the window just freezes and we can't do anything with the call!

There are no issues like this in any of the troubleshooting guides and I don't see any logs anywhere to look for errors, etc.  Just very frustrating.

any help is appreciated.

FYI, I already tried reinstalling the application and that didn't seem to help.

Did you tried re-installing the app?

Also try resetting the CTI services under serviceability.
