CUC call handler not able to transfer to 0

I want to implemented call handler  to transfer extension 150 when press 0. but when caller press 0 it wait for some times and gives the message "operator is not available".

currently when i changed this option to 1. and its working fine.  But same setup when i do for 0 its not working.

May I know why its like that?

First verify that 0 key is in unlocked state in caller input settings page for call handler you are using.

can you please elaborate it? where is that? i searched a lot for that step

Go to Call Handlers, click on handler you are using. At the top of page select Caller Input.

You will see key status at the right column.

actually there is default operator call handler with extension mentioned 0. how to avoid it? how to change it. even if i changed it will still give the same results
