CUC MWI issue

hello we have unity connection 8.0.2 integrated with ucm 8.5.1

we have a sip integration betwen uc and ucm

today users are reporting that the MWI light is on, even though there are no VMs

MWI synchronization didn't work

it is affecting most of the users

Hi,

Restart the notifier services once during off hours, otherwise go ahead and open a TAC case. We might have to look into the traces to check.
