Hi , i recently installed a new uc320w but the client needs more auto attendants. I have been advised that i need to download the cuce.
Now the ting is when i try on the Cisco website it says i cant, I have registered the product with them and have a support contract. I have also contacted the guy from Cisco who came to sell us it but cannot get a response.
Can anyone offer some advice.
