CUCI Lync and Macintosh with Office 365

We are looking at Office 365 and have a lot of Macinotsh.  Have a CUCM server and looking to get the most out of it with Office 365 and Lync.  Is CUCI Lync planned to ever support Macintosh?  Would love to get phone control on Macintosh Lync to Cisco phones.  Any other suggestions?

Hi,

CUCI-Lync uses API's that are available for integration with Microsoft Lync, and those API's are only available on the Windows platform.  In general, CUCI-Lync works best for Windows only customers.

Our Jabber solution can provide IM and presence capabilities including phone presence and the ability to control your deskphones.  Jabber can be deployed on Windows, Mac, IOS and Android and would be the recommended solultion when considering multiple OS's to work with your Cisco phones.
