cuci moc fails "Invalid CCMCIP authentication server configuration"

Installed the cuci moc add-in for my OCS R2 client but when trying to connect it fails.

The server status notification popup shows the following message:

Unknown Error.

[DeviceAdaptorInitiazationFailed] Invalid CCMCIP authentication server configuration. [1200]

Any help is welcome.

Do you have CCMCIP address configured in the registry?

Hello Michael,

thank you for pointing me into the right direction. The document is very helpfull and noticed that I had to do some more configuration.

That said, I went thru the instructions and checked the registry entries for the CSF but I cannot find them in my registry.

will try to install on a seperate system as well see if there is any difference.

Issue has been resolved.

I downloaded the latest version of the cuci-moc software which only included the software.

The previous version 7.1.2.zip also included a cucimoc-Admin-ffr.7-1-2.zip, which has the Administration Toolkit.

This toolkit also included registry update and .adm files for policy setting.

   CUCIMOC-CUCSFAdminData_GroupPolicy.reg

   CUCIMOC-CUCSFAdminData_GroupPolicy.adm

I am now able to connect and can toggle between softphone and deskphone.
