CUCIlync 8.6 adding a +1 to Lync Contacts

We have a deployment of about 100 CUCIlync users that are having a problem when they select a contact from Lync and attempt to dial the number it adds a +1 to the call.  These are internal calls and should be dialed exactly as listed in the AD GAL without prefixing the +1

From what I see there is no way to dial with edit, or change the number listed prior to calling so obviously the call fails.

Has anyone else ran into this problem?  I assume it is a simple fix for a very annoying issue!

Hi

It sounds like a number may be matching your configured 'Application Dial Rules' in CUCM (Call Routing/Dial Rules/App Dial Rules in CCMAdmin).

If you aren't sure, post up a screen grab of your configured rules and the DN format/prefixes that you use.
