Cucilync and desk phone not working

Hello,

First time I installed cucilync, I have a problem with the desk phone he is grayed out and I can not us him. Softphone mode is working well, I did already check the CTI groups also that the CTI is allowed on the device and device profile, everything looks good, what could be still the problem and how can I do a further troubleshooting ?

Check for user/device/DN associations, they all need to be configured properly

Hello Java,

I did check it, but I could not find a fault, tere is another thing when the desk phone is on a call then I see it in Lync, so there is a link.

Are there other things to check ?

Hi... Assign standard CTI control  for all device role to the  end user..

Thanks all for the replies, but I found the solution in the registry keys, Some of them were not proper configured
