Hello everyone,
we use CUCILync 8.6 and Lync 2010. Usually CUCILync works fine but on every login on every client the following error happen:
Unassasary to say that this is not very helpfull, eh?!
Nontheless; I could figure out that the text in the Errorbox are stored in a registrykey located at:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Clients\Mail\PreFirstRun
If I delete or rename this key the errormessage changes to:
It's german and means:
"There is no email program associated to perform the requested action. Please install an email program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default programs control panel."
Outlook 2010 is our associated default email program, so I assume this is a wrong error.
What do I have to do to get rid of this error?
