CUCIMOC - Display Outlook contact information by incoming calls

Hi, is it possible to display some outlook contact information in CUCIMOC by incoming calls? Szenario: The customer's contact information are already added to the outlook contacts. By receiving a call from an external customer only the phone number is displayed, it would be helpful also to display p.e. the customer's name, photo, etc. Is it possible to check the incoming calls with the outlook contacts? No, at least not in the current 7.1(4) version of the product.  CUCiMOC performs the lookups from LDAP. This would be a worthwhile feature request to submit through your Cisco AM.

What about configuring the information are displayed by incoming calls. The username and photo-uri are shown - is it possible to display some more / specific information from AD, p.e. units?

I thought CUCiMOC / CUCiLYNC would look up incoming calls in Outlook contacts... Is LDAP the only lookup source? That stinks.
