CUCIMOC error by saving conversation history in outlook

Hello,

selecting the option "save conversation history in outlook" an outlook integration error occured "the conversation history cannot be saved in outlook". We are using cucimoc Version 7.1.1320, Windows 7 and Outlook 2010. Some users don't have this problem, I couldn't find a difference. Does anybody have an idea?

I would advise testing with the latest CUCIMOC/CUCILync release on CCO.

Hi Brian,

thanks for your advise but I am trying to find out the reason because on some PCs we don't have this problem. Maybe it's a bug! Any other ideas?
