CUCIMOC visual voicemail The server has rejected the provided credentials

I am trying to get visual voicemail to woek with cucimoc. I have the follwing reg entries for voicemail. I get an error "The server has rejected the provided credentials"

I can log into cucimoc , ccmuser and unity cisco pca with the same account and password.

Can any body help

I suggest setting VoiceMailService_UseCredentialsFrom (as well as ContactService_UseCredentialsFrom) to PHONE which represents the credentials you provide when logging into CUCIMOC. As-is, you would find a credentials tab within the CUCIMOC settings where you could manually provide the Contact service credentials.

I was able to figure out the problem. IMAP was not ebabled for the user.
