Hello everyone,
We are starting to use CAR for billing purposes,
We are just starting on this collaboration world,
We have some question about it, Could anyone help me, please?.
- How to add more call types under system->system parameters->dial plan configuration?
- How can we calculate billing charge based on call type?
- On automatic generation report, How can we add a custom report to it, or modify the generation interval of one of them?.

CAR is pretty much, what you see is what you get, there's very, very few things you can change in CAR. If you don't see a change/add/remove/etc option, is because there isn't one.
If you need enhanced reporting capabilities, you'd need to build your own app to process the CDR flat files, or buy a 3rd party billing app.
