Is this unicast? multicast?
Does the default MOH works?
What troubleshooting have you done??

Thanks Jaime,
it is unicast, we don´t test if default works. We have get the logs in RTMT from media service and tufts but didn´t see nothing

You said the MOH works intermittently. For this you need to isolate which type of calls are affected, internal or external or both? Is it affecting phones in a specific location, device pool or all of them randomly? Have you ensured that the MOH file is uploaded on all servers if you are not using the default MOH file? Do some further probing before getting into RTMT or traces.

thanks!!,
Today the MOH doesn´t work for no ip phone, we have tested that when any ip pone put call in hold (all of them) we only hear a distorsioned sound but no music.
Thanks Anna

Can you check and reply to the following specific question:
What happens if you try to place a call on hold between two IP phones registered on same cucm server with default MOH audio source assigned to the IP phones?
